Bronzers part 1

So bored at work and going through pictures on my phone that I could possibly use as a post, I found these swatches that I did a loooooong time ago. I have a few new bronzers now.  And really, at least one of these doesn't count as a bronzer.

In order from top to bottom: NYX chocolate moose blush, MAC So Ceylon, hard candy hula hula, E.L.F. Golden bronzer, Estée Lauder soft bronze, Tarte Exposed blush, Bobbi Brown shimmer brick pink quartz swirled together.

Here they are in order

I use the shimmer brick as a blush or highlight.  Then I use so Ceylon next most often.  In reality, I hardly use any of those on a regular basis now. Typically I use NYX taupe blush to contour or MAC prolongwear bronzer or E.L.F. Bronzer in cool (it's matte and golden is shimmery).

Back to work!

FOTD #1 Gold and Baby pink

So my husband has been telling me I should start a makeup blog for several years. Probably so I don't keep talking to him about makeup all the time.  ; )  Thus, here is my first FOTD post.

I've been playing with my Inglot eyeshadows a lot lately. Here is a gold with baby pink lips and cheeks look I did the other day.

You really can't see how shiny and gold the eyeshadow is from this shot.  Here's another.

Not the most flattering shot in the world but you can see the shine.  This one is slightly more flattering...

Products used:

Eyes
MAC painterly paint pot
Inglot 31 on the lid
Inglot 337 blended into the crease
Inglot 357 in the outer corner
Maybelline master drama eyeliner (the black retractable one)
Makeup Geek Corrupt to set the liner
L'Oreal voluminous million lashes

Face
Tarte clean slate poreless perfecting primer
MAC prolongwear
Maybelline fit me concealor
E.L.F. High definition undereye setting powder
Jordana forever flawless powder
E.L.F. Studio Bronzer in cool
Illamasqua blush in Katie

Lips
Sephora nano liner candid candy
MAC cream cup lipstick
Estée Lauder lipgloss. It was a gwp shade I can't remember right now.

Anywho, I did really like the shiny dirty gold and black liner with the baby pink. I think it turned out pretty well.  Now I must master the art of a "selfie".
